Eric Wilkinson

Eric is Inoltra’s founding Partner. He has 15 years of global SAP recruitment experience, having spent his first 10 years focused on permanent staffing across Europe. He currently oversees Inoltra’s EU business operations, this includes spearheading our client engagement and marketing for permanent staffing.

Stefano Kyriakou

Partner, SAP Recruiter, Europe

Stefano joined Inoltra as a Partner in 2021 to head up our European contract department. He has 10+ years of SAP recruitment experience. Having previously led a high-performing team YoY and built an SAP European practice, he comes highly recommended by Clients and Contractors.

Ritchie Gridley

Partner, Americas

Ritchie joined Inoltra as a Partner in March 2022 as the Head of our USA Practice & Operations. He has over 18 years of global IT recruitment experience, specialising in SAP & Data Analytics. Ritchie has led successful teams up to 20 people, who contributed to $40m in revenue.
