What You’ll Do

• Be the first line of expertise for SAP-related managed services and customer support.
• Manage SLAs, service delivery, and incident resolution with efficiency and ownership.
• Collaborate with consultants and resource planners to keep everything running smoothly.
• Drive customer satisfaction and trust through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Share your insights and help strengthen the team’s collective knowledge base.

  
What You’ll Bring

• HBO/WO working and thinking level (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
• Proven background as an SAP consultant, ideally in supply chain, manufacturing, or wholesale environments.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery in a complex SAP landscape.
• Strong functional understanding and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Experience with S/4HANA and/or Topdesk is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A service-driven, pragmatic, and positive personality — you love helping clients thrive.
