A global consultancy is looking for a Program Director SAP Data to join their team.
�� Location: U.S. – Travel up to 100%
�� Employment: Permanent
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of ERP transformation and consulting experience, including leadership of large-scale global SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs and 5+ full-lifecycle, multi-module ERP implementations across Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
- Deep SAP data expertise, with extensive knowledge of master and transactional data, data migration and governance strategies, SAP MDG implementations, data structures, industry-leading migration tools, and cross-module integration.
- Proven program, client, and sales leadership, including proposal and business case development, leading sales opportunities, facilitating client workshops, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and managing teams of 20+ resources.
- Strong executive and client-facing presence with the ability to communicate complex SAP data and transformation strategies in business terms, mentor consulting and client teams, and provide hands-on leadership when required; willingness to travel up to 100%.
