To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for a SAP BI Analyst
Your tasks:
- Supporting the Group on the way to becoming a Data Driven Company
- Participation in the implementation, operation and support of the central SAP BW on HANA data platform as part of the BI competence team in controlling
- Close coordination with the departments for the collection of business requirements for reporting and analytics solutions
- Specification of the business demands of the departments along the entire value chain (support in the technical conception)
- Conception, design and implementation of intuitive dashboards, reports and analyzes in front-end tools (eg SAP BO Analysis for Office, QlikView)
- Promotion of data-driven decisions, eg via high-performance and drill-down-capable analyzes & reports as well as meaningful visualizations
- Consultant and contact person for the BI users of the departments
- Accompanying projects (conception, implementation, support)
- Working in interdisciplinary teams of BI developers and business users
- Support in the further development of the (future roadmap design)
Your qualifications:
- University degree, preferably Business Administration, Business Informatics or Computer Science
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position with a focus on:
- Implementation and further development of reporting and analysis tools incl. Mobile reporting (SAP BO Analysis, SAP Lumira, QlikView)
- Reporting, Data Modeling, Query Design
- Practical experience in the area of ??requirements engineering
- Industry experience in the retail / logistics environment
- Knowledge in the application of agile process methods in the context of BI development processes
- Affinity for business analyzes and evaluations
- Fast learner, analytical mind and conceptual strength
- Structured, goal-oriented and autonomous way of working
- Customer orientation, team player, communication skills and presentation security
- Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
