The position:
We’re looking for a highly experienced SAP recruitment consultant with a track record of placing professionals into either permanent or contract positions. You will be responsible for scaling the team in Barcelona, so any managerial experience will also be beneficial.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop & build long term strategic relationships with both candidates and clients
Identify, source, and schedule interviews with suitable candidates
Build relationships with key decision makers within SAP clients to clarify growth, project scope & hiring requirements
Outbound business development
Lead generation
Manage offers, counter offers & negotiations
Obtain & share market information with the wider team
Build a trusted and skilled SAP network through our database, LinkedIn & other social networks
Achieve monthly and yearly targets
Uphold a high level of communication externally & internally
Organise & attend industry events
Skills required:
Experience recruiting within the SAP space
Self-starter
A proactive, determined & confident personality
The ability to negotiate
Excellent verbal and written English skills, any additional language is a plus
Strong customer service skills
The ability to collaborate well within a team
