Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced
SAP Data Program Director to drive large-scale, global business transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading data strategy, governance, and migration efforts while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end data workstreams for large global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value realization
- Define and execute data migration strategies, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Establish and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Lead SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) implementations, including design and rollout of governance models
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process leads to define data requirements and solutions
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to support and lead pre-sales efforts, including solutioning and client presentations
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, leveraging prior hands-on experience in SAP data management
