The position:
We are looking for a 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant with experience candidate sourcing. This person will ideally be based in New Jersey or New York as this role will be a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Identify skilled IT professionals to match our clients requirements
- Work strategically in tandem with the sales team to achieve daily success
- Provide support in managing the interview process, this includes; obtaining times, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback and taking notes from calls
- Lead and manage all candidate negotiations
- Build long term candidate and future client relationships
- Build a referral based network which you can lean upon throughout your career
- Provide education to IT professionals planning to work with Inoltra around our onboarding processes, including compliance, billing and invoicing
- Stay in regular contact with on-billing consultants and full time placements
- Become a super user for our CRM system and 3rd party tools
- Lead generation, identifying and documenting intel to help the business to grow our client portfolio
- Create and manage job postings
- Format, spell check and review resumes
- Contribute to team and company wide meetings, be creative and forthcoming with ideas to improve the overall business
- Help provide training to new employees and team members
- In person meetings and participate in industry focused events
Skills required:
- Exceptional people skills, with an interest in networking
- Show initiative, be able to connect the dots and always be thinking two steps ahead
- Preferred experience working within a recruitment, sales or customer services role
- A personal drive for working towards targets and goals
- Fluent English language with the ability to communicate clearly
- Proficient in writing professional emails
- A confident and out-going personality with strong influencing skills
- High levels of self-motivation and excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
