Qualifications:
• Experience leading large global, consulting led Demand to Supply (DTS) business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business value. Experience in SAP PP, QM or SAP EAM (PM and PS)
• Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end Demand to Supply business processes including Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Production Planning and Execution (including embedded PPDS), Quality Management (QM), MES integration
• EAM (Plant Maintenance, Linear Asset Management, Fleet Management, Customer Service), experience with IBP4Demand, IBP Sales & Operations Planning, IBP4Inventory, IBP4Supply&Response, IBP Control Tower), ce) Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management(EPPM), Project Systems (PS) is a plus
• At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least three (3) years’ experience in proposal and business case development
• Experience managing 5 to 10 resources
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
