SAP Enterprise Solutions Director - Public Cloud & Professional Services HQ Personnel
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage C-level stakeholders to drive consulting-led SAP growth within Professional Services
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) adoption and own end-to-end sales cycle (solutioning, proposals, closure)
  • Develop compelling value propositions and stay aligned with market trends
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable solutions and reusable assets
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree; consulting background (Big 4 preferred within last 5 years)
  • 5+ years SAP experience in Professional Services, including at least one full S/4HANA implementation
  • Strong pre-sales, solution architecture, and estimation experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop leadership skills
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies; willingness to travel
