About the Role
Inoltra is partnered with a leading international consulting and SAP services provider with a strong track record of delivering large-scale global transformation programs.

As an SAP FI/CO Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving S/4HANA transformation initiatives while leading a team of consultants. You will work closely with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions, while also overseeing delivery quality, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP FI/CO consultants across project lifecycles
• Act as the main point of contact for Finance & Controlling stakeholders
• Drive the design and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions within S/4HANA programs
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and architecture
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and risk mitigation
• Deliver end-user training and guide post-go-live support
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvement

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience
• Proven experience leading teams or streams within SAP projects
• Strong expertise in FI and CO processes (GL, AR/AP, Management Accounting, Asset Accounting)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations or migrations
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels
• Fluent German is required

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of additional SAP modules and integration points
• Experience in global template rollouts or process harmonization
• Background in managing international or cross-functional teams
