SAP IBP Lead

Inoltra are partnered with a global consulting company whose SAP Supply Chain Planning team is widely recognised as one of the leading practices in Germany.

As part of continued growth and recently secured projects with leading German clients across various industries, we are now looking for a Team Lead / Head of IBP to drive delivery excellence, shape strategic client engagements, and build a high-performing SAP IBP capability.

This is a key leadership position combining deep SAP IBP expertise with people management, client advisory, and strategic growth responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the SAP IBP consulting team, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex SAP IBP transformation programmes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business strategy into SAP IBP solution roadmaps
• Drive architecture design, integration strategy, and solution governance across SAP IBP landscapes
• Oversee integration of SAP IBP with ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Support business development activities, including proposals, solution design, and client presentations
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the SAP Supply Chain Planning practice in Germany

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring SAP IBP and related planning solutions (APO, PP/DS, S&OP)
• Proven track record leading complex SAP IBP implementations and transformation programmes
• Expertise in SAP IBP integration with ECC and S/4HANA
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing consulting teams and delivering large-scale projects
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing consulting experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP IBP solutions
• German language skills at C1 level or above
