Location: Rosenheim area - expected office presence twice every 2 weeks

About The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced
SAP IS-Retail Consultant to support and optimize our SAP Retail processes during an early-stage transformation towards
SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure stable operations while contributing to the S/4HANA transition roadmap.
Must-Have Skills
- SAP IS-Retail experience (3+ years) with solid knowledge of core retail processes (article master, pricing, assortment, purchasing, sales)
- Hands-on SAP configuration & support experience in a retail business environment (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- German language skills (A2/B1+ or higher) in addition to English
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Retail or participation in an S/4HANA transition project
- Cross-module knowledge (e.g. SAP SD, MM, FI integration in retail scenarios)
- Business-facing consulting skills, including requirements analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders
