SAP Lead Consultant Planning & Analytics

About the Role
Inoltra are supporting a forward-thinking data & analytics consulting firm is seeking a Lead SAP Planning & Analytics Consultant to take a central role in shaping and delivering advanced analytics, planning, and reporting solutions using SAP technologies.

In this position, you will serve as a senior functional and technical expert, driving project success from strategy and design through implementation and go-live. You’ll lead engagement teams, support clients in defining effective planning and analytics architectures. You’ll also be involved in presales activities and help strengthen internal methodologies and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Extensive experience in SAP planning and analytics solution design and implementation
• Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver complex solutions end to end
• Strong background in translating business requirements into scalable, efficient systems
• Experience conducting architecture discussions, workshops, and training sessions
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Solid understanding of data modelling, planning scenarios, and integrated reporting environments

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in a leadership or team management role
• Background in consulting or professional services
• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or other BI and data platform technologies
• Experience in shaping internal frameworks, quality standards, and reusable accelerators
