SAP MDG Consultant

Inoltra is working in partnership with a recognised consulting organisation that delivers complex SAP transformation programmes across a wide range of industries. With a strong focus on digital innovation and enterprise data management, they support leading clients through large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant or Senior Consultant to join a growing SAP Data Management practice in Germany. This position will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising Master Data Governance solutions, helping clients establish high-quality, business-critical data processes across their SAP landscapes.

Salary: €75,000 – €110,000 (depending on experience)

Your Profile

• Strong experience delivering SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) projects across one or more data domains including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance
• Proven expertise in SAP MDG configuration, process modelling, workflow design, and data governance frameworks
• Experience integrating SAP MDG within SAP S/4HANA environments and wider enterprise application landscapes
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate governance requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Understanding of data quality, data stewardship, and master data management best practices
• German language skills at C1 level
• A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
