The position:

We are looking for a 360 Permanent Sales Recruitment Consultant with experience in permanent staffing to join Inoltra. This person will be based in the UK as this role will be a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite.

Responsibilities: 

- Develop and build long term strategic candidate relationships 

- Regular cadence with key decision makers to clarify company growth, project scope and hiring requirements

- Identify, source, screen and schedule interviews with suitable candidates 

- Maintain communication with candidates throughout and after the recruitment process

- Manage offers, counter offers and negotiations

- Use client portals and provide relevant compliance when requested

- Obtain and share candidate and client market intel internally

- Identify, build rapport and manage key account sponsors

- Manage annual review processes within key accounts held

- Build a trusted and skilled SAP network through our DB, LinkedIn and other social networks 

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

- Organise and attend client and industry events 

Skills required:

- Prior IT recruitment experience, ideally within SAP but not mandatory

- A proactive, determined and confident personality 

- The ability to negotiate at multiple levels 

- Excellent verbal and written English skills, any additional languages is a plus

- High levels of self-motivation and excellent customer service skills.

- A hard working, dynamic individual with a positive attitude

- An entrepreneurial and accountable individual.

- A desire to develop and share knowledge with colleagues, candidates, and clients.

- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
