A global consultancy is looking for an SAP Pre-Sales Lead for S/4HANA Brownfield to join their team.
�� Location: U.S. – Travel up to 25%
�� Employment: Permanent
Key Requirements:
- 13+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in presales, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield (System Conversion) and Bluefield (Selective Data Transition) programs.
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP ERP transformations and program management using SAP Activate, including RISE with SAP, hyperscaler transformation models, data migration, system landscape transformation, and complex integrations.
- Strong technical and functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA conversion toolsets, including SUM with DMO, Readiness Check 2.0, Custom Code Migration, CVI, and Selective Data Transition frameworks; manufacturing industry experience with PP, MM, QM, and PM is a key strength.
- Background with Big 4, SAP Partners, or leading SIs, complemented by strong executive presence, communication, storytelling, and PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business transformation impacts.
