Must-Have Skills
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a digital-related field
- 5+ years of SAP implementation experience with leadership exposure
- Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery
- Deep knowledge of BI and SI
- Workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder engagement
- End-to-end SAP implementation experience: process design, configuration, testing, integration, data migration
- Expertise in MM or SD modules
- Willingness to work from Amsterdam and travel across the Netherlands (and occasionally internationally)
Nice-to-Have
- Dutch language skills
- Experience in a Big Four or large consulting environment
