Location: Germany or Poland (Remote)
Inoltra is supporting a global HR IT organisation that is expanding its SAP SuccessFactors team. They are looking for an experienced, German-speaking SuccessFactors Consultant with several years of SAP experience and a strong focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Due to a strong project pipeline, the business is investing in headcount growth to support clients across Germany and Europe. The firm has an excellent reputation, is genuinely supportive of its employees, and operates with a clear people-first culture.
Must-have skills
- Proven delivery experience across multiple SAP SuccessFactors projects, with a strong focus on Employee Central
- Able to work independently at Senior Consultant level, while supporting and mentoring other team members
- Strong client-facing mindset and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel occasionally (project-dependent)
- German C1 language skills
Nice-to-have skills - SuccessFactors certification(s) in any module(s)
- Prior consulting experience (project delivery in a consulting environment)
