A well-established international consulting firm is expanding its SAP Finance practice due to a strong pipeline of large-scale S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programmes.

The company partners with global clients on complex digital transformation initiatives and is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to play a key role in advisory, strategy, and business process transformation projects.

This position offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding SAP Finance competency within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Finance workstreams within S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programmes
• Advise clients on finance strategy, process optimisation, and SAP best practices
• Design and implement end-to-end business processes across finance functions
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and key users
• Deliver training sessions and support organisational change initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Experience

• Strong track record across multiple SAP implementation projects
• S/4HANA certification with hands-on implementation experience
• Experience as a business process integrator, delivering end-to-end solutions
• Ability to lead customer workshops and engage with senior stakeholders
• Fluent Dutch communication skills (C1 level or above)
• Willingness to travel to the Amsterdam office approximately two days per week
