(Senior) ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Join a growing consultancy delivering innovative ServiceNow projects across Germany. You'll take ownership of technical implementations, work closely with customers, and help deliver high-quality solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions
• Develop custom applications and platform enhancements
• Configure modules and build integrations with third-party systems
• Lead customer workshops, demos and technical discussions
• Deliver documentation, training and project support

Requirements

• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM, FSM or SPM
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development experience (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs)
• Experience with Studio, Scoped Applications and Update Sets
• Fluent German
• Willingness to travel for customer projects
